Roslyn Rivas

Roslyn Rivas

Born and raised in the Bronx in New York City, Roslyn Rivas (she/her) moved to San Diego in October of 2024. She loves exploring green spaces and staying active by birding, playing sports, hiking, paddling, and more. Roslyn graduated from Yale University in 2017 with a BS in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, and earned a Graduate Certificate in Wildlife Management from Oregon State University in 2021. As a wildlife conservationist, Roslyn especially enjoys studying animal behavior. She is an advocate for social justice in and out of the environmental field, and is passionate about making the world a more sustainable and equitable place.
