Conservation Team Leader *Optional Field Training*
We are recruiting Conservation Team Leaders for the Fall restoration season! CTLs who have participated in the Thursday Sept 14th zoom training can opt in to join this additional training in the field at Mariner's Point. We will orient you to one of the California Least Tern's favorite sites in San Diego and go over native and invasive plants in more detail. This is a particularly beneficial training if you plan to participate in vegetation monitoring and will help deepen your field identification skills.
Conservation Team Leaders (CTLs) are trained to lead other volunteers in the field at community restoration events and assist SDAS staff in conducting vegetation monitoring.
